We use your information to verify your restaurant, manage orders, process payments and payouts, provide support, send important notifications, prevent fraud and operate Noorzy services.

3. Location data

Location information used for delivery routing and live order tracking relates to the Delivery Partner and customer delivery address, as necessary to fulfil an order.

4. Data sharing

We share necessary information with customers, Delivery Partners, payment/banking partners and service providers to operate Noorzy and fulfil orders. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data security

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted access to protect your information.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information as necessary to operate Noorzy and meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. You may request correction or deletion of your account, subject to applicable legal and financial retention requirements.
